| IL5RA（白细胞介素-5受体α亚基）是IL-5特异性受体的配体结合亚基，由IL5RA基因编码。它本身以较低亲和力结合IL-5，必须与共享的信号转导β亚基（βc/CD131）形成异二聚体，才能构成高亲和力功能性受体并启动下游信号。该受体在嗜酸性粒细胞的存活、分化和趋化中发挥关键作用，是哮喘和嗜酸性粒细胞相关疾病的重要治疗靶点。 | |
